Sunney is a certified interior decorator, a Certified Staging Specialist (CSS), Certified Re-Design Specialist (CSR) and licensed realtor in the state of Utah.

 

She has used her passion for design and love of the home environment to become a Home Enhancement Specialist, to help others create a comfortable home environment for themselves. Home organization is a specialty of Sunney, as well. "Chaos in the home creates chaos in the mind!"

 

 

Though Sunney is a licensed realtor, she uses her license to her clients' advantage (home-owners and realtors alike) by knowing what the competition is offering, and what the market is doing. Her primary consideration in keeping an active real estate license is for staging purposes.  She enjoys working with realtors, helping them get their clients' houses ready to sell!
